Online purchases assume local pick-up at our DeForest, WI showroom. If you require shipping, please contact our sales department at 608-246-0444. Your total shipping charges are based on the shipping method selected, carrier rates, delivery desitnation, and any applicable surcharges. When an order is placed at premiergolfandutility.com, the order immediately begins processing. To meet our estimated shipping dates, we are unable to guarantee the ability to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Our vehivles restricted to domestic shipments only. We are unable to ship internationally and to freight forwarding companies.

Returns
Vehicles (Golf Carts and Utility Vehicles) may be returned within 30 days of receiving the vehicle. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned vehicles. Vehicles must have never been run and either must be in original condition and must have a crate built around it if shipped LTL by 18 wheeler or can be shipped by car hauler. Vehicles cannot have any damage, scratches or missing parts and if any exist will come out of the refund. If the vehicle is damaged due to improper packing the damage will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for paying for freight and insurance in returning the vehicle to Premier Golf and Utility, 5924 Haase Rd. DeForest, WI 53532. The customer must get agreement from Premier GU, to return a vehicle to Premier GU, prior to either bringing the vehicle back to the Premier GU showroom or shipping it back. Your shipping cost to deliver the vehicle to you is not refundable. Also the credit card fee of 2.4% or finance fee of 6% that Premier GU kept by the credit card company is also not refundable.
Electrical Parts: No returns on electrical parts.
All Other Parts:
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item according to tracking information reflecting successful delivery.
- Items must be in new/unused condition- meaning it has not been installed and shows no blemishes, damage or modifications.
- We cannot accept items that have come into contact with chemicals / fuel / lubricant etc.
- We cannot accept returns on electrical parts (This includes ALL batteries. No exceptions – unless defective)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- All non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
